FAQ
How do I sign in?
PoolPilot uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email and we’ll send you a one-time code — type that code into the app (or tap the link on the web) to sign in. No password to remember.
How do I log a visit?
From the dashboard, open today’s stop (or any customer), tap to log a visit, and record your chemistry readings, what you added, and any notes or photos. On iPhone you can snap a photo of the test strip and the app will auto-fill the readings for you to confirm.
How do I manage my account and billing?
Your account and subscription are managed on the web at poolguypilot.com → Settings. PoolPilot is $30/month with a 14-day free trial; you can update payment or cancel anytime from Settings. Billing is handled on the web, not inside the iPhone app.
